Other than the parking issues (not enough, plus you only get one visitor tag, so if 2 people visit you, one has to park all the way out on the street) the place is pretty good. I have felt safe every day in my apartment in a community where I lived only because I couldn't afford anything else. In fact, I am coming up on the end of the lease, and now needing a bigger place, I plan to stay here, getting a 2 bedroom.

Maintenance is prompt and courteous...the front staff is usually happy and helpful...the grounds are clean...the fountains really are nice....and everything is close by. For someone who said there are no restaurants in the area, there are MANY.
