I lived in this apartment during Feb. to Aug in 2000. My overall experience was good. But some of the office staff is not co-operative at all.

My room-mate did not had any job that time. So the office staff said my room-mate can not have his name on the lease. I alone signed the lease. We did a 6-month lease and we paid the whole 6 month's rent in advance. Still the office staff did not let my room-mate's name on the lease. We were dealing with someone named Ms. Kia in the ofice staff (guess how disappointed I was that I still can remember her name!!). And one day we were in the office to submit an maintenance request and the property manager was there to deal with us. And he was reviewing our lease and wondered why my room-mates name is not in it. She agreed that as we paid the whole lease terms rent in advance, there should be no reason to forbid my room-mate from signing the lease. She ammended the lease the same day and my room-mate got his name on there. But the bad treatment we got in the begining, we can not still forgive that.

I must mention one thing here. One evening I left my keys inside the apartment and locked myself out. It was dark and there was raining, and one of the maintenance staff saw me out there. He got the keys and let me in. Maintenance staff was very friendly.
