Sept 2005-Feb 2006: What can I say. We needed a place to stay and the area was really expensive and this was our best option. When we first saw the building it was old, wood floors were ready to crumble and ignite, the ceilings had more dust and dirt then King Tuts tomb, and the kitchen smelled of a gas leak. When we informed of the gas leak nothing was done the entire duration of our lease. A/C broke in about 2 weeks of our stay, and the laundry facility well thats another chapter. Its in the basement that resembles a experimental gas chamber. If you didnt watch your laundry then it would never get done because the wash cycles would constantly go off balance. Garbage disposal is a walk approximately 30 meters outside, and better not have a heart condition because there is no elevator unless you stay in the main unit. Power outages and main water disconnections for more then 24 hrs are standard events to test your ration and survival skills. Almost $1000 a month with nothing included except for water and a constant supply of gas located in the kitchen. Oh, and neighbors will complain if your to quiet.

I;VE HEARD A LOT OF GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS NEIGHBORHOOD AND THIS DOES NOT SOUND LIKE THERE IS ANY TRUTH TO IT.
