I would not recommend fountain Club. While the apartments are nice, you have to deal with neighbors who physically threaten you, write on the walls, play their music too loud at all times of the night and morning, and flick their ashes in the hallway. In addition, if you live on the third floor, you have to suffer through the heat, and have maintenance men tell you that you should be lucky that you are cool. You can never be cold on the third floor, even with the air at 50 degrees. Management is the worst. The response time is lengthy, and I have seen how they respond to a tenant who has an emergency. They definitely respond in their own time. The worst thing is that the maintenance men are in your apartment 2-3 times a week without prior notice. I really love my apartment, but I wish I could pick it up and move it to another complex. I can't wait until my lease is up.
