I've lived in the Fountain Club for about a year. I love it! The electric bill can get pretty expensive in the summer but that's about it. I have wall-to-wall carpet and a large balcony. It's funny because I read the reviews below before I moved in and I decided to go with my own instinct. I have seen 1 or 2 roaches on ocassion but they'll send the exterminator out when you request it (i think all apts have a few roaches) The area is not the best but i think they're the best apartments in the srea...you'll have to go and see for yourself
