I have been living here for almost 4 months now. Considering where i moved from, this area is a whole lot better. I moved in on a special so my rent is very reasonable and the only problems that i have have had, the office staff has taken care of them.

There was one big flaw when i moved in and that was Roaches... But i didnt tolerate them at all, i had maintenance come out and caulk up and seal any open cracks like around the kitchen cabinets and ect. And i had an exterminator come out once a week for the first month, i also put down boric acid in the bathroom and kitchen. And since then i have not seen any roaches at all for the last 3 months. So now im happy with my apartment and dont mind having company over without a critter popping out.

The floors are not really that thin like everyone says. They are just old as hell, so whenever the people upstairs go through thier living room it sounds like an elephant running around upstairs because of all the squeeking from the floor which can get annoying if they are moving alot and you are watching a movie or something. but in the bedrooms i dont really have a noise broblem.

I always seem to find a parking spot right in front of my building so i cant complain about that. and i love the fact that everything is just about walking distance or a 5 min car ride. Shoppers, Lowes, suntrust bank and plenty of places to eat are right across the street. And walmart is just a couple min away. Overall i love it here so far and plan on being here for a while.
