I've been here about two months and had no problems. I'm paying $697 for a 1BR with wood floors. You can see some things aren't top notch, (e.g., looks like they paint after every tenent or something, so the paint on some of the doors is a little thick; little stuff like that) but it's not "run down" by any means. Most important for us, it's safe, not like you expect to see police lights every weekend.
