Not A Cup of Tea! From: tkmiller Date posted: 9/24/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I have lived here since January 2003, and from the begining there were problems. Even before I moved in there were problems. I was scheduled to move in on the 16th, but they told me that the apartment was not ready. I was sure glad that I was living with my parents, so I had a place to stay; but what if I didn't have a place to stay. Anyway, the paint on the walls are very thick, from being painted over top of paint; the maintenance is okay, but I have been calling the rental office constantly for them to repair the stove. They claim that a person has fixed it, but the gas does not ignite, which can potentailly be hazardous. When I first moved in there were roaches all over the kitchen, they came and bombed the place, but i bought some traps and have not seen them since.
