The complex isn't that bad, it's the peolple who live there. The building where I lived at wasn't a good builing. Because my bedroom window was right behind the darcars dealership. They have a loud speaker which is very annoying, just because they open at 7am and dont close until like 10pm. I didn't have a roach problem. My car got broken into. But I always had somewhere to park and the rental staff was nice.
