this place sucks. first of all, the mgmt (alfonso) is a pompous ass. don't expect to have functioning appliances or have anything fixed. the problems that have been fixed, i have fixed myself. the a/c does not work and h square will not even attempt to fix it. the roaches are everywhere. i can walk into the freshly cleaned kitchen and see at least five roaches everytime...most of the time there are more. in addition, there are unsupervised hood rats running all over the place. kids aged 4-18 everywhere, sitting on parked cars that don't belong to them, throwing rocks, smoking pot, you name it. don't expect them to clear out after dark, if anthing activity increases along w/ the noise. car alarms, horns, and people screaming are commonplace. to make things even worse, there is trash all over the place. anywhere you look, you can see beer bottles and blunt guts...simply beautiful. this was one of the worst years of my life. i will not be here one day after my lease ends. i would rather live in sinapore!
