My daughter and I have only lived here for a few months. The neighborhood is much better that the one that we have moved from. Security in the complex is pretty good. So far I have only needed Maintenance Services once. This service was base upon the move-in check list I received. They responded quickly, were courteous, and got the job done the first time. The rental staff is friendly and is always willing to assist you in any way they can. The complex is in walking distance to the grocery store, fast food restaurants, Lowes, the library and the bank. I like that convenience.
The down side to living here is that the walls are very thin. It seems as though my neighbors upstairs walk around in boots and move furniture all day or maybe they have some sort of exercise class going on. The intercom system at the car dealership behind my complex can be very annoying. Although it can be noisy at times, I can deal with this noise rather than gun shots at all times of day and loud music early in the morning, especially on the weekend when I'm trying to sleep in. Although my apartment was exterminated before I moved in, it still has roaches which I can't stand. It is a must to keep your apartment "----- and span". I also buy this extra strength bug spray which I spray about every 2 to 3 month. It works very well.
Overall, it's all what you make it.
