My family and I have recenlty moved form Heritage Square apartments as of April 2007. After a 9.5 year stay, I have watched Heritage Square go from a major drug ring and infestation, to a rather decent place to live. Our family have lived in two different buildings (7733 and 7855). The limitless rent control can get astronomical at times(about 30.00 increase yearly),but is still worth it consisting its conveinancy. A brand new Walmart is a mile down the way, and a brand new Target in the opposite direction. Shoppers Food Warehouse is within a 2 minute walk (depending on Riverdale RD.traffic)Metro access for those without transportation. I feel it does not get any better then this. Alphonso the property manager is a little slow in responding to problems, yet if you want something fixed, it is your responsibility to get the whip cracking. You are just paying rent here....right' So, in my all opinion, I hope to move back to Heritage Square with my husband before the year is out.
