Me and my roomate lived here for two years. Apartments are large and not as expensive as other places. We lived on the ground unit and never had a problem with noise, but the smells from the people that lived above us were always in our unit. We could never use our patio area because of garbage that came from units above us that was just dumped outside. The neighborhood itself looks like a warzone, only meant to run drugs. If you dont mind lots and lots of roaches (roaches were in my XBOX and tried to follow me to my new apartment!) and alien centipedes (they are like 4 inches long!seriously). Or if you dont mind the occasional robbery at gunpoint at night when comming home from work because of poor parking lot lighting. This place is fine. On the other hand, management IS very nice.

the smells are interesting. great point to bring up! my apartment smelled to high hell b/c of the stinky ass neighbors. and don't get me started on the laundry room.
