Used to live here for about 5 mounths. To my mind this area is suiteble place to live in.
I like averything: apartments, people around, swimming- pool...
So if you want not expensive apartments, this is your choise!

the pool is nice. if you don't go in it. or if you are a male. as a female going there, it was not pleasant. the pool is surrounded by apartments on 3 sides. so, if you are a female, you can be sure that men will be on their patios staring at you........for as long as you will be out there. very unpleasant. also, kids come and jump in the pool in their street clothes.....yes, shorts, t-shirts, boxers, the whole nine. gross.
