The staff members are unprofessional and ignorant. The repairmen don't respect your home or your privacy. The neighbors are usually ghetto or dirty or illegal or just flat inconsiderate. The apts are falling apart and the staff do not clear the walk ways when there's ice and snow so you and your children are in constant danger during inclimate weather and there's not enough guest parking because the rental office don't keep residents from parking in the spaces...STAY AWAY!

so true about the snow & ice. when i lived there i fell on the GD snow that wasn't shoveled (even though it had fallen the day BEFORE!!!) AND i was holding my one-year-old daughter. we both went down. i complained to the office, but they didn't give a ----.
