I've had all the mentioned problems before in the other posts. I had property stolen from the apartment. Ceiling peeling and leaking, None working garbage disposal. Rude office personnel, etc. People don't ever consider moving here. Shootings in the parking lot. Someone fired up and blew up a car in the parking lot. People selling drugs in the complex and police always coming to check problems out. We payed rent via money orders and the scamming personnel miraculously lost them and I had to end up paying the rent again because they said it wasn't their problem even do it was given to them in hand! This happened two times. I couldn't handle it and moved only to be shafted again by this thieving con artist with my rent deposit. They took almost all of it and didn't had a reasonable answer for it. They are shady and thieves. May GOD make them pay for their sins.
