Roaches and bad neighborhood

As a temporary resident it was acceptable, the only real reason for it was its close proximity to the metro, which was excellent, but the neighborhood is best described as rough and there are roaches every time you turn a light on in the kitchen. Even after spraying and having professionals spray they keep coming. Avoid if you have the means to do so.
