Had to move due to water problems

Years at this apartment: 1993 - 1997
 
I am a former resident of Sutton Walk Apts.
The only problem I had was that the walls
were paper thin. You could hear everything
your neighbors did or said. It was interesting at first but it became a problem.
The other negative was flooding from the apartment above mine. The folks that lived above me were always allowing their washer to overflow. I don't recall any other concerns.
