My best friend and I just moved into a 3 bedroom in Sutton Walk. She previously lived in another 3 bedroom unit that was horrendous! She was on the ground floor and her den and front closet would leak and flood in the summer when the air conditioner was running. Every so often the kitchen would flood from the people upstairs, as would the bathroom. And the roaches...they were comfortable so we never heard complaints from them. Our new apt. seems to be a bit better. I guess the roaches are afraid of heights because we've only seen a couple. The manangement staff is ok. It seems like they want to help, but so far no one has done a thing about our disposal not working. And I guess I should be happy we have two full bathrooms, but what's the point of showering if the second stall is so small I have to get out of the tub just to turn around' And then the water temperature will not remain consistent. Sure glad I can see my money working! (Did you note my sarcasm')

I just want to say thanks to those that have taken the opportunity to tell how they feel. I was very interested to relocate to this complex, however I am more anxious to talk to the staff to get their take on things and fill out the truth. I still would like to visit this establishment, but the comments alone is truly enough to make me visit, ONLY.
