It's not worth it From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/25/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I resided at Sutton Walk for less than a year. I moved out under a military clause and was guaranteed that I would receive my security deposit within 45 days after moving out.It has been over 45 days since I moved out and I still have not received my security deposit yet. I am planing on taking these theives to court. During my stay there I had to constantly complain to the manager about the roaches in my apartment and fixtures to be made. They would always assure me that everything would be taken care of but of course nothing was done only empty promises were made. Also it is evident that there is a problem with the management here. Every time I would go to the rental office there would always be a new face posing as the manager. Therefore its not worth wasting your money and time; living there will make you go crazy.
