NOT SO BAD - I came down to Maryland, from New York, for grad school. I needed a place close to everything and this was it. Staff were decent: not the best, but not the worst either. It's been a year and I have had little complaints. The stairways can get kind of filthy and at times there is a strange smell coming from the AC. Pricy for location and features. Buildings old and roach infested. Loud and nasy neighbors. The people that live here are the most nasty people I have every been around. They throw trash in the hallways and in front of building. Would only reccomend as a last resort.

Stay Away The staff members are unprofessional and ignorant. The repairmen don't respect your home or your privacy. The neighbors are usually ghetto or dirty or illegal or just flat inconsiderate. The apts are falling apart and the staff do not clear the walk ways when there's ice and snow

Eveything in the apartment is old.
The only positive is it is extremely close to the metro but a short walk is not worth all of the issues you will have living here!
