Heritage Square Apartments 40% Recommended Mar 16 2008: I recently moved in this apartment and I found a huge RAT in my closet...needless to say is that I'm in the process of breaking my lease and moving else where. They were so concerned about me moving in and Sutton Walk 9% Recommended Jan 28 2008: The Staff is RUDE. Matinence doesn't do anything! Eveything in the apartment is old. The only positive is it is extremely close to the metro but a short walk is not worth all of the issues you will have living here! I had a very mixed experience with the complex and staff. With some frequency they have posted that the water was to be shut off for the day, and shut it off. I work from home. I've acquired a multi-gallon barrel that accomodates toilet needs |
