So Far i love it. - I have been living here for almost 4 months now. Considering where i moved from, this area is a whole lot better. Pricy for location and features. Buildings old and roach infested. Loud and nasy neighbors. The people that live here are the most nasty people I have every been around. They throw trash in the hallways and in front of building. Would only reccomend as a last resort.

Stay Away The staff members are unprofessional and ignorant. The repairmen don't respect your home or your privacy. The neighbors are usually ghetto or dirty or illegal or just flat inconsiderate. The apts are falling apart and the staff do not clear the walk ways when there's ice and snow

Matinence doesn't do anything!
Eveything in the apartment is old.
The only positive is it is extremely close to the metro but a short walk is not worth all of the issues you will have living here!
