Overall, it's a beautiful, convenient place to live. Rockville Pike has just about every store and restaurant you could ask for, and you can't beat having the metro right there.
However, I'm not sure it's worth $1440/month (one bedroom). I agree with the person who said you have to drive to empty your trash, it's kind of ridiculous - they only have trash rooms on one side of the complex, so if you happen to live on the other side, it sucks! And once, I brought in 5 bags of trash, and accidentally left one outside the chute b/c I was in a hurry and was charged $50. $50!! (Disturbing they were so upset by this they searched through my trash to find my identification!)
Also, if you turn your heat on, that limits the amount and degree of hot water you get. So on a 20 degree January day, you have to choose between turning your heat on and having a long hot shower.
I would recommend it - but ask to be placed close to the metro side (where the trash rooms are!)
