Now I do probably get more packages than your average resident but the amount of times my package or letter has been misplaced has really irked me. Never mind that I have to just go to the office to get my package knowing that its there although they never get around to informing you at your mailbox but last time they lost something, I found it particularly weird.
I ordered a set of NASCAR tickets in December of last year and they were supposed to come in January. Never came so I called the track that sent them and they said I should get them soon. Track ended up calling me weeks later saying that they made a mistake and they were mailed out in January and they gave me the FEDEX tracking info and sure enough one of the leasing agents signed for my letter. I confronted the leasing agent and he gave me the rather lame response of "that he does not sign for individual pkgs. but for several at a time" so he was not sure if he really got it. Well, he should have checked because when I went down to the event with my family, sure enough I had to get the usher to take away the six people sitting there. They apparently bought the tickets from some "guy from Maryland". That was the last time they lost something of mine.
I would write down the leasing agent's name but he did get me a ridiculously good deal on my lease (although it turns into a very bad deal when you have to renew). I couldn't deal with the incompetence at that office much more anyway.
