besides the metro convenience, being so close to a GReat area of rockville creek park has been wonderful. great for running, walking or biking. never have felt unsafe, it's always busy and just so pretty! many places on one part of it to get off the trail and go through normal neighborhoods instead. love, love, love living near the park!
