Avalon at Grosvenor Station

New manager sucks! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/22/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   This residence is great (location!), although very pricy. They are knocking you down with rent increase upon lease renewal. Staff was OK under Mike (he was an excellent mger), but the new manager sucks. She has no idea about anything and is very rude with tenants. I hope she won't last long!
