I have lived in the Suites building for 2 years and I have had an excellent experience. The staff has always been most helpful, kind and considerate. I have a small dog with epilepsy and the staff has taken the time to learn his name and say hello not just to me but to him as well whenever we are out walking or in the community building just hanging out. Whenever there is something that needs repair (which is rare) the staff is attentive and timely. Staff always greet you in the hallways and throughout the property. Mike was a fantastic manager and he will do great with his promotion, and Joanne, the new manager is doing a great job too! Gina and Isaac are top notch! I appreciate the resident surveys and the response to survey results, i.e. automatic payment for rent and getting FREE wireless in the community building! :) I am now moving to NYC but will always remember my time at Avalon fondly.
My only complaint would be of the residents - not the management. Perhaps some of the people writing offensive reviews of Avalon are the same residents who park in other people's reserved spaces....or don't clean up after their pets.....or can't be inconveienced to throw their garbage down the chutes or in provided bins and instead throw it on the floor in the garbage rooms''''
Not only have I never had a problem go unresolved, but the office staff actually does a follow up courtesy call to make sure that everything was repaired to my satisfaction.
Keep up the great work!!

I have never had a follow up call from the staff to make sure maintenance was completed except once when I finally complained that I needed someone to come back and fix something for the third time!
