I just read the 3/16th remarks regarding the Community manager well I have been living here at Avalon @ Grosvenor Station for 4 years now I truly love it here. I always seem to get a laugh at all these bad remarks that come through here. I have lived at many apt homes in this area and I can truly say that I am please with Avalon. I sometimes wonder is this a rental unit or a Condo and I have been reminded by the office staff that this is a rental unit. So whats with the complaints about Noise and Parking. If you want to complain about all these little things go and buy a $600 thousand Condo one bedroom the size of my walkin closet. then complain about the noise. As for the Person who wrote all this stuff regarding the Community Manager you my friend have alot of time wasting on whats really unimportant. I think I met her 5 times since I have been hear and Honestly who really cares how many kids she has, or where she lives, You please get a life, Maybe a Job, take vacation. Find a friend get over the cabin fever. Life is to short for this stuff be happy you could be alot worse off. Like are soldiers that come home blown to pieces so be happy. This place isn't that bad is it' What am I missing . I use the Gym, the Pool , and I walk the hallways when I leave, and I do find a parking spot. So tell me am I blind' or just content' I believe in giving credit where credit is due.

You my friend need some major medical attention, and what is with the name calling. Didn't your parents teach you anything like respect. --------? illegal angry? jagoffs? A little angry about life? Find a friend to help you with your issue's
