Don't be convinced by the pretty appearance of the apartments. They are very poorly constructed and very tiny. The walls are incredibly thin to a point that, if I didn't know better, I'd think my neighbors moved into my apartment. The apartments are very dark unless you live on the top floor since they are built in a U shape. Unless you can go in the middle of the afternoon or late in the evening, the workout facility does not have enough equipment to satisfy the number of people living there...and when you can get a piece of equipment, it isn't unlikely that the port for your headphones won't work. I've had numerous difficulties getting things repaired in a timely manner and I've had several occasions where I had to call the maintenance back to fix something that was only haphazardly repaired the first time. It isn't close enough to walk to shopping, so you essentially have to have a car, and then they charge you for a parking spot on top of rent! There isn't enough guest parking, so having people over is extremely difficult (not to mention you have to worry about being too loud for your neighbors since the walls are like paper.) On top of all this, if you plan to stay for anymore than a year, plan on a significant rent increase when you renew your lease...They obviously don't care if they keep their residents. I have lived in a variety of apartments over the last 8 years, but I have never disliked one as much as this. You're better off renting one of the condos in the vicinity or looking at a different complex.
