Forget about your deposit money.

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007
 
I was very surprise to find that the management charging me $300.00 to clean the carpet which was very clean when I left. They also charge me $130.00 for so called "professional cleaning". I cleaned my apartment very well before moving out. The management is charging the clients for their business expenses. It was a rip-off. I am not happy with it.

Please, think twice before paying for the company expenses.
