I have lived here for abut 2 years now. I will not renew. When I fist moved back in 05, the property manager was a man which I don't want to mention the name. He was great with excellent people skills.I know AvalonBay as a company is great but this property is a pain now. Management is so unprofessional. AvalonBay need to do something to keep up their standard. Class A property act now like a class C but residents are still paying for that class A.

Is parking free here or do you have to pay per spot?

You pay for everything. Parking is a separate fee, as is everything else except the women's stairwalking gym. That is free, as in you are paying for it with your $2K for a 1 bedroom rent with no utilities.
