This place is built so poorly I don't know how it passed a building inspection!!!
Looks can be deceiving! The place look nice but it's built like crap. When the metro goes by the entire apt. building shakes. If your neighbor sneezes you hear it clear enough to say god bless you and your neighbor would hear your response. You hear the people next to you especially in the bathroom and bedroom and above you loud and clear, thump, thump, thump, even when they just walk across the floor.

The management staff is nasty, arrogant, and rude like leftovers from the Dept of Motor Vehicles. Mgt staff submits lies about your credit to credit agencies, and forget about getting your security deposit returned.

They have taken dozens of tenants to court over frivolous issues.

There have been numerous thefts in the parking garage, apartments and storage areas.
