If you are an MPDU resident your balcony will most likely face 10-12 trash dumpsters. Forget about sitting out there for a nice view. And on Sun & Mon the trash guy dumps trash all day long, and the noise sounds like thunder! They have one guy who takes care of the trash for the whole building and he takes alllll day Sun and all day Mon. Thats one of my days off and forget about sleeping in on sunday or being able to hear your tv because the trash man cometh at 9am SHARP! Loud bottles clanking, trash cans thumping and rumbling all day long. What a waste of MONEY to live here.

Does that mean our quality of living should go down because we dont make as much money as you?? That is not the purpose of the program. Your sense of entitlement seems to suggest that others should suffer because of a state funded pogram. Dont hate.

Less income means lower quality of living. This is just fact of life. I never suggested others should suffer because of a state funded program. The MPDU residents are enjoying a higher quality of living because of the program, even if that means living in the units next to the dumpsters. Without the program, these residents can not affort these apartments at market rate. You seem to suggest that staying in these less desierable units are "suffering", then there don't take advantage of the program, pay market rates.
