Plus side: short walk to WF Metrorail, unlimited free garage parking, nice pool, great party room (no charge), beautifully landscaped courtyard, decent mini-gym.

Down side: Zero noise insulation between floors. Heard every heavy step of tenants above us (stomping & running was unbearable) for three years. When I complained in writing to landlord, my letter was given to the tenant!! Unbelievable. Problems with package handling; not always notified when something arrived. Packages not recorded in log book by office staff.
