After reading the reviews posted on this page, I felt compelled to let those who want to know the truth hear it from someone who is not having a bad day.

There really is nothing wrong with this place. Yes, I occaisionally hear my neighbors. Yes, I sometimes have something break in my apartment. And yes, sometimes I need to go down to the rental office and deal with the employees there.

For anyone who has EVER lived in an apartment, you hear things coming from above. You have things break, which in my case, get fixed within a day. And I have found the staff to be very friendly and extremly accomodating.

For those of you who do nothing but complain about living here, it wont matter where you live. I enjoy not having to pay for parking and I enjoy living here. I have found it to be very enjoyable (with the exception of the geese).
