I've had a good experience here. Apartments are large, I had a good concession when I moved to make it affordable, maintenance guys are A !

Plenty of parking and you really can't get anymore convenient to the Metro (red line). Friendly, comfortable feel to the complex.

Though there are some things to consider:

Fire alarms--go off way too often and more frequently when it's snowing/cold/middle of the night.

This is a family friendly community--keep this in mind when getting an apartment, don't want to be too close to playground, walk through the hallway that you'd be getting a few times to get an idea of noise level, ground floor people must be careful with kids running loose

This is an HOC property which means that there are a lot of...how should I put it, interesting and special people here.
