I lived in Strathmore Court from 6/08 to 5/09, and am definitely satisfied with my experience there.
The apartment:
I lived in a 2nd floor apartment in the East Building facing the courtyard (1 BR, 1 BA). The apartment was extremely large, with modern fixtures, appliances, and furnishings. Especially useful was the washer/dryer being in the apartment. Noise was not really a problem.
Amenities:
I was a frequent user of the apartment gym. Though it did not contain all the features of a membership gym, it was good for what it was (a free 24 hour gym that was only a few steps away from my door). The outdoor swimming pool looked fine, however I never used it.
Maintenance / Front Staff:
Interaction with the staff was extremely pleasant and never presented problems. For the few times I required the maintenance staff (hot water heater pilot light out, toilet flush broken), repairs were made quickly and satisfactorily. After office hours, there was always an attendant at the front desk. The attendants were extremely courteous and welcoming whenever I entered or left the building.
Recommendation:
I would recommend Strathmore Court to people looking in the White Flint area.
