Having nicely shaped rooms though small for the money, this Grand is far from it .The foreign staff rarely understands what you need and the valet parking leaves a lot to be desired except for the dents they give you gratuitously. The fireplace often went out unexpectantly allowing gas to escape. there was no way to control flame or heat from the fireplace. The garbage disposals are garbage and will not handle normal items. The towel racks are glued on and often fall off and await maitainence to re glue them. The transient population also takes its toll. Infants allowed to swim with diapers in the pool and poor policing by the "lifeguards"The leasing office misrepresented the unit and the heavy traffic and construction noise and no view left alot to be desired. The gym was good. Security for the garage was a joke with the ability to leave and enter through the unsupervised valet entrance. On cold or windy days you are unable to enter through the front door and had to go to a side entrance(real fancy)The light at night from Rockvile Pike shoots into your windows unles you close the blinds tightly One can do a lot better for this price
