I have lived in the Grand for several months. This is BY FAR one of the best apartment buildings (even compared with another luxury apartment complex where I lived.) Although some reviews complained about problems like hot water shortage, I have never experienced any of that. Perhaps the problems were in the past and the management has worked to eliminate such problems. I am really glad that I moved in.
