Nine place but ...

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
It is nice place to live except of one major thing - it is almost impossible to take a shower. They still have some pipe issue and couldn't fix it yet. The water is either cold or extremely hot. The management is unresponsive. Always need to call the maintenance multiple times.
