Overall the apartment, gym, and grounds are well kept and modern. The community has nice social events for its tenants; however, dealing with the unprofessional and rude management made the experience miserable. ---------- in management is impossible to deal with and a nasty person who seems to have woken up on the wrong side of the bed every day. She will work her hardest to find a way to incorrectly bill you. Also, dealing with the tight spaces in the underground parking lot is difficult.

Valet parking and security were pleasant to deal with. This would be a great place to live if management were replaced with people who actually want to be there.

On the contrary, I've found ---------- to be very pleasant to deal with. All of management staff is very helpful and much more responsive than any apartment building I've ever lived in.

I use to live in apt#---- --------------------(get her name spell right) is one of the most professional and loving person @ the Grand Who has worked there for many years. She knows her job & does it well thank you very much,when to meet her you will see what my family & I are talking about.
