I have lived at The Grand for a long time and am currently preparing to leave. There was a time when the place was a great place to live. The customer service was out of this world. Four people in particular that stood out of the crowd and truly went above and beyond to help you came from the leasing office. At any time you approached them they never seemed to be "put out" by you and truly gave exceptional customer service. If you took an issue to them they resolved it, unlike the nasty people in the management office. You feel like they use the great people to bring you in then throw you to the wolves. I don't know what happened to them but would love to find them and hope they are all doing well. A new manager came in and she was quite a nasty person to deal with then one by one the good people left. Rhoda Feather, Ken Smith, Benjamin Dzieketey and Vincent Brown were the best and should have been working at The Ritz Carlton!! If you have not experienced them then you have not experienced true customer service!
