Avalon let their water and electric charges carry over to my bill when I moved in. (Got shut off notice!)Cheesy. Do nothing about noise and tell neighbors to call police for noise. Violent kids, screaming, fighting, destructive... Move here if you like the atmosphere of inner city... Snow removal good for office not us. Cars broken into, kids key cars. Couch, garbage scattered, other misc. garbage spread around dumpster for weeks. Forget sleep.. Not worth the cost or location!
