The rents are just a tad over average for the location in the county and the size, but noise is out of control. You can always hear the neighbors next to and above you unless they never have friends over. The leasing office has completely changed twice in the one year I lived here. The younger kids are okay, but the high school kids are purposefully loud in the halls and at night. There are fist fights over snow removal and noise in neighboring apartments, and the neighbors are generally not all that friendly. It's a great location for access to 270 and to walk to the Rio, but you will not get good sleep or be able to relax when you come home.
