not worth for the rent

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
this apartment is not worth for the amount of rent you pay. It is conveniently located. But problems that the residents face are
1. broken mail boxes can't be fixed in years
2. response time for emergencies also, will be in hours and not in minutes
3. more attention is given for new business. Doesn't bother about existing residents.
4. employee turnover is very high.
5. have to search for a parking lot everyday
6. visitor's parking is not marked, but expect the visitors to park only in certain parking lots
