I absolutely love my apartment! I've worked in the apartment industry for over 10 years, so I know what to look for. Furthermore, I work for a competitor Property Management Company...
I've lived at Avalon Fields for one year, and have just signed a renewal for another year. It's a beautiful property with a very friendly and professional staff. The ONLY improvement I think needs to be made is the response time for maintenance requests. Other than that, I'm a very satisfied resident!
