Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
Currently live on 4th floor and the tennants below complain about the noise. Staff is very polite and get around to fixing problems in a satisfactory manner.

Exercise room is adequate, however, there is no hot water in the showers. I have discussed this and nothing has happened.
