This place is awful. If you like hot water, please reconsider living here. When we complained about the lack of hot water, the maintenence person told us that is was consistent with the apartment complex and just to get used to the water temperature as it is. When we first moved in, the apartment was dirty. There were ink stains on the carpet that they never fixed. One of our blinds fell b/c the dryer vent got clogged and thus causes leaks on our ceiling every time we dry clothes. It has been 3 months and they have yet to fix either problem. The bathroom stinks of urine and has done so since the day we moved in (which means there was poor sealing on the toilet to the floor). Its disgusting. I cannot wait to move out of this over-priced rats hole.
