Good Place I've lived here a while and have nothing bad to say except it is too expensive. The maint. ppl are great and deal w/ issues quickly. It is in a great location and safe area and everything else is great-the price is just too much.

Enjoyed my Stay Have lived in Avalon Fields for over 1 year. I would definitely stay if my job was not relocating. Very nice environment. People are friendly and helpful. Pool area is well kept and great in the summer. Apartments are good in size. Highly recommend.

1. broken mail boxes can´t be fixed in years

Garbage in the halls, noise, near to do neighbors Avalon let their water and electric charges carry over to my bill when I moved in. (Got shut off notice!)Cheesy. Do nothing about noise and tell neighbors to call police for noise. Violent kids, screaming, fighting, destructive... Move here if you

I agree...great location, but.... I´ve lived at Avalon Fields for 3 years. The management office does turnover staff quite frequently, so you´re never really sure who lives there.

Not Bad Currently live on 4th floor and the tennants below complain about the noise. Staff is very polite and get around to fixing problems in a satisfactory manner.
