We have lived here for almost two years and are in the process of locating a new apartment and moving out. Overall, I am not pleased with the value at Chapel Manor. The walls are thin and even low levels of music can be heard from the apartments above and below. Maintanence issues, while dealt with in a timely manner are not fixed properly. Our dishwasher has broken and been repaired 4 times and is currently not working again. The rent has increased by nearly 100 dollars a month since we moved in. The office staff is also rude and condescending in its dealings with tennents. Only the parking is good.
