We have been tenants of chapel manor for approximately two years. We have never encountered a management staff so rude and inconsiderate. The rent is extremely overpriced for old buildings that have been poorly renovated. The windows are now being replaced after 30 years!!! We have had flooding due to their failure to replace broken pipes and b/c of their neglect, our belongings have been damaged. The management staff here claims that they are not at fault although this was b/c of their own NEGLIGENCE. Thw walls are thin and a conversation can be heard from the next unit over. It is almost as if there is no privacy. Changes are made in the lease and the tenants are not even notified. How can you follow the rules in the lease if they are changing and you are left unaware' Our complaints to management have never been taken seriously and they seem to brush our concerns off with a rather snoodish attitude. We may be younger than the average renter but we are intelligent and we do know our rights!! And chapel manor violates them.
